Be sure to call for more info!

Bowen Therapy -- Bowen is based on the principle that our bodies are self-healing and with the right stimulation, our body can return to a healthy state. Bowen is a manual therapy whereby gentle moves are performed over various parts of the body. The response from these movements is an activation of the nervous system where signals are sent to the brain. These signals made by the Bowen “moves” begin the healing process. Bowen is very gentle and does not require inflicting pain or force to achieve results. Instead it’s working with the body’s own electrical circuits to speed up the healing process.

Swedish -- A gentle, relaxing massage.

Hot Stone Massage -- Stone Massage is designed to create a greater intensity of relaxation of the muscles by first applying water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body.

Trigger Point -- Helps to release hyper-irritable points in muscle tissue.

Deep Tissue -- Releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas. It is called deep tissue because it also focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Myofascial Release -- Is a form of bodywork that is manipulative in nature and seeks to rebalance the body by releasing tension in the fascia. Long, stretching strokes are utilized to release muscular tension.

Neuromuscular Therapy -- Neuromuscular Therapy is a combination of both Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release techniques.  Its purpose is to balance the nervous system with the musculoskeletal system in efforts to relieve nerve pain caused by pressure from soft tissues including muscles, fascia, and tendons.  This technique has shown to help with conditions such as head aches, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ, back pain, neck pain, scoliosis, sciatica, fibromyalgia, and migraines.

Sports massage -- Focuses on muscle groups relevant to the particular sport.

On-site Chair Massage -- This massage is perfect for your office or event location. While the recipient is fully clothed the therapist generally focuses in on the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. The therapist uses a portable massage chair that is designed for comfort and support.

Reflexology -- In Oriental theory bodily energy flows through invisible routes called channels or meridians. These channels end at the feet and hands. They are also represented on the ears. Specific points and areas are directly related to bodily organs, functions and systems.

Ear Candling -- Ear Candling/Coning is used to remove wax buildup and bacteria from the ear. A hollow candle is placed in the ear and lit. This creates a vacuum which pulls the wax, fungus, Candida, yeast and other debris out of the ear and up into the bottom of the candle.

Relaxing Aromatherapy Body Wrap -- Relax with a warm essential oil that is massaged onto the body and then wrapped  in a warm thermal foil and blanket for total relaxation, a body wrap can help with healing of skin problems, alleviate joint and muscle pain, tone and tighten the skin. A body wrap also aids in the breakdown of cellulite and eliminate toxins and nourishes the body.

Facial  Massage -- A focused massage for the face and scalp, this treatment cleanses, tones and soothes facial muscles. More warm, moist aromatherapy towels make this a treat not to be missed! Can also be added on to a regular massage.

Cupping -- Special cups are applied to the skin, the air in the cup is sucked out , so that the skin and superficial muscle layer is drawn into and held in the cup, Cupping brings fresh blood to the area, improving circulation.
